First of all, I want to make it clear what I’m not necessarily talking about and that is: overdrafts, factoring or invoice discounting. Nor is it anything to do with borrowing from your family and friends, remortgaging your home, or selling the family silver. You don’t need us to exercise those options!
Furthermore, what I have in mind doesn’t require you to enter into any personal guarantees, or pledge any form of security such as your family home. That kind of thing is best left to the banks.
Our approach is much more creative. It’s a way of raising capital that’s more or less completely painless. The funds can be used to fuel expansion or simply to ease some business-related financial pressures, or lessen your dependency on the bank if that’s the case.
